Refund/ Return Policy
Online Access is non-refundable. A full refund for the cost of the CD-ROM or
DVD-ROM
portion of all Science OnDemand® products will be made if product is returned within 30 days from the date
the product was received. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be made after 30 days from receipt of product.
Canceling An Order
A request to cancel all or part of an order is best submitted to us directly by phone during customer service business hours. Because this is an electronic ordering system designed for fast fulfillment we may not be able to cancel your order once you have submitted it to us for processing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping Policy
Orders for CD-ROM or DVD-ROM companion products for AHA conferences with an
event date which occurred greater than 90 days before an order is placed
will be shipped within two (2) business weeks.
Orders for CD-ROM or DVD-ROM companion products for AHA conferences with an
event date which occurred less than 90 days before an order is placed, or
scheduled to occur in the future, will be shipped in accordance with
specific estimated ship dates published for each event.
Changing Shipping Information Or Method
A request to change shipping address or method is best submitted to us directly by phone during Customer Care business hours. Because this is an electronic ordering system designed for fast fulfillment we may not be able to make changes to your order once you have submitted it to us for processing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Pricing Error & Inaccuracy Disclaimer

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors or inaccuracies may be related to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Adding items to your cart does not reserve the current prices shown at that time; prices are reserved only by placing an order.

If items are advertised at lower prices than the ScienceOnDemand.org
promotional prices, please contact Conference Archives Customer Service at sales@conferencearchives.com, and we will adjust the price for you. Price adjustments cannot be applied to orders that have already been submitted. ScienceOnDemand.org reserves the right to adjust pricing and determine if
promotional pricing will apply.
"Virtual Pack" Certificates
All "Virtual Packs" have a redemption value equal to the corresponding multiple of individual A-La-Carte items. If the number of items in your cart exceed the amount of your Virtual Pack Certificate or are of a different product nature, the Certificate redemption value may not equal your cart total. The Virtual Pack Certificate redemption value is calculated as a straight deduction from any A-La-Carte items cart total. Taxes for Pennsylvania State Residents will be added when your Virtual Pack Certificate is redeemed. The Virtual Pack Certificates cannot be applied to shopping carts containing ANY non-A-La-Carte products.
